Discover Galantamine Herbal Extract

The extract of Galantamine has a rich history of use in herbal treatment. For thousands of years people have used it for memory enhancement, as a headache treatment, and for its positive effect on recall.

A Surprise Discovery

The study of Galantamine herbal extract began in the Soviet Union in the 1950s. In 1956, Galantamine was isolated for the first time from bulbs of Galanthus nivalis (common snowdrop) by the Bulgarian chemist D. Paskov. He was investigating claims, in Eastern herbal lore, that the common snowdrop plant had long been used for improving memory. Scientific studies have noted that the use of Galantamine may result in very vivid dreaming and the decreased latency of REM onset, as well as enhanced memory. In 2000, Dr. Stephen LaBerge of The Lucidity Institute discovered the use of Galantamine for lucid dreaming.

How it Works

Galantamine is an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor (AChEI). Acetylcholine (ACh) is the main neurotransmitter responsible for memory. Galantamine breaks down acetylcholinesterase, the enzyme responsible for the breakdown of acetylcholine. This temporarily raises acetylcholine levels, resulting in a significantly increased chance of lucid dreaming, especially when incorporating effective lucid dreaming practices.

Lucid Dreamer (buy Galantamine extract)
Combines Galantamine with choline, an essential component in creating acetylcholine in the body. So, Lucid Dreamer not only prolongs the life of acetylcholine in the brain with Galantamine, it also supports its production with choline. This is how Lucid Dreamer is able to raise awareness of the dream, lifting you into the lucid dreamstate.
Note: We no longer recommend taking choline with your Galantamine. Galantamine works by preventing the breakdown of acetylcholine. Unless you have just run a marathon, or have a neuromuscular degenerative disease, taking choline is not very likely to help significantly raise your ACh levels. Taking a larger dose of Galantamine will be much more likely to result in raised ACh levels as it will result in less breakdown of the ACh already available to your system. However, we strongly recommend caution when taking larger doses. For safe consumption, you should not raise your dosage for lucid dreaming by more than 4mg at a time.

Dreamscape (buy Galantamine extract)
Combines Galantamine with melatonin, a hormone that occurs naturally in your body. Melatonin has been linked to regulation of your circadian rhythms and is produced by your body cyclically throughout the day and night. Decreased levels of melatonin during the night can cause difficulty in falling asleep and reduces the restfulness of sleep. The melatonin in Dreamscape helps ensure you get a deep sleep, increasing your dream activity and the intensity of your dreamscape.
Note: We no longer recommend taking melatonin with your Galantamine. It works much better to take melatonin by itself at the beginning of the night to get deeper sleep, and then to take your Galantamine 3-5 hours later.
